This is the official introduction of the third phase of Revision 1 of the GoobNet Highly Effective Accelerated Railway Transit for Accessing National Destinations with a Special Opportunity to Unify Locations plan.
You can now observe some improvements from the original version of this phase. For example, the earlier introduction of Line 90 means that the Minneapolis/St Paul to Chicago leg joins as an extension to that line rather than to Line 55. This takes Line 90 up to 1,800 km of track, including the previous leg from Toledo to Hamilton.
As before, the most important part of this phase is the joining of the East and West Coast train networks into one. Lines 10 and 80 now span from coast to coast, and in the next phase, so too will Line 90. The other additions are the extensions of Lines 20 and 95 to Richmond, and the Line 90 extension discussed above.
