WEEKLY WHINE
Here are the results of the first annual GoobNet Exoplanet Championship, determining which known exoplanet is the most important discovered so far. Hosts for this tournament were selected from amongst some of the most important introplanets and their moons. The hosts for this year’s regional semifinals and finals were Jupiter, Saturn, Mars, and Venus. The host for the final two rounds was Earth.
It was a very hard fought tournament, with a high level of competition throughout. All the participants should be quite pleased with their performances. Congratulations to the champion, Gliese 581 d, and great thanks to all participating exoplanets and to everyone who volunteered their time and effort to make this tournament a success.
