HEARTANDSOUL Revision 1 Phase 4 complete
We are delighted to be able to present the fourth and final phase of Revision 1 of the GoobNet Highly Effective Accelerated Railway Transit for Accessing National Destinations with a Special Opportunity to Unify Locations plan. This completes the updated version of the high speed railway network that connects the entire United States, and even major cities in Canada and Mexico.
As we have discussed, this revision primarily differs from the original version in the Great Lakes area. The absurdity of Line 190 has been removed; in its place, you will find that Lines 71, 80, and 90 service this region, including the major cities of Detroit [Line 90], Buffalo/Niagara Falls [Lines 71 and 90], and Cleveland [Lines 71 and 80].
You will also note that the old Line 40 has now become part of Line 71, which retains the old name of the Music Crescent. This name is only fitting for a line that services the blues haven of Memphis, the Music City of Nashville, and the rock capital of Cleveland.
Below please find a summary of each line along with the distance of track added in each phase. The line numbers are as of this fourth phase; for example, the 630 km segment from Miami to Jacksonville added in Phase 2 is shown under Line 95, even though it joins as part of Line 10.

So, now that our high speed rail network is complete, we urge you to take advantage of it by travelling all throughout the United States. We also encourage you to begin thinking about improvements to be made. For instance, there must surely be a broader network of suburban railway lines that service smaller cities in between those on our lines. What will that network look like? And how will Canada and Mexico join the fun? We look forward to seeing your thoughts on the matter.
